Dr. Peter Huynh

Dr Peter Huynh is a graduate of the University of Melbourne, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree before qualifying for his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Proficient with all facets of general dentistry, he has a special interest in Root Canal Treatment, Crown and Bridge and oral surgery procedures.

Peter is passionate about increasing oral health awareness globally. He has conducted workshops with the Royal Children’s Teddy Bear Hospital in Melbourne and has led numerous trips to regional Nepal to address the poor oral health standards there, heading a team that provided dental treatment and oral health education to remote villagers of all ages.

Peter prides himself on his friendly chair-side manner and strives to deliver long-term benefits to his patients through a collaborative approach and excellent communication. He is dedicated to providing personalised dental care and derives great satisfaction from seeing patients take ownership of their oral health. Having once been an anxious patient himself, Peter knows that, through education and support, it is possible to overcome dental phobias and actually enjoy visits to the dentist.

Peter is a self-confessed movie buff and loves to travel so that he can try all the amazing cuisines that the world has to offer.
